The Patriarchal Blessing form is printed out in MLS. I'm not at an MLS installed computer at the moment, but I'm sure someone be will able to tell you where.

I am the Patriarch for the Ephraim Utah Stake. Copies of the bishops recommends for Patriarchal Blessings are not appearing on my screen now for some reason. I can go to the next screen where I record the blessing and the persons information is given. Is there a need to make a correction or has that recommend screen been discontinued?

I need to reconmend a member to receive a patriarchal blessing in spanish in another stake but I do not have the electronic form in the ofm

I have a member in my ward whose membership I have but when I try to find her in the system for the submission tool she does not come up. What should I do?

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
