Which was why I would print out the lists from the Quarterly report form for YM, YW, and Primary and give it to the organizations to know who to count - everyone on that list should be counted, if not on that list they should not be counted. I always told them if there appeared to be an error, they should let the Clerk know for further research (sometimes the Primary knew of move-outs before the Home Teachers did
