Not able to see "reports" where class lists and birthdays are

Why can't I see my whole class and their birthdays like other leaders can?

What is your calling? Not everyone in a leadership position has access.

I think you may be referring to Leader and Clerk Resources (https://lcr.lds.org), not the Directory app (https://lds.org/directory/). The Directory app does not show birthdays or have a Reports tab; however, you may be able to see all of the Beehives in this app. Member can control their privacy options, and the default varies by country. For example, in USA, the default would be for all ward members to see other ward members, but if you're in the EU, the default is probably private for everyone. I don't know what the defaults are for other areas of the world.

If you are trying to use Leader and Clerk resources (I think that's what you're using), then you may get more assistance by posting your question in that forum (see https://tech.lds.org/forum/viewforum.php?f=112). This forum is dedicated to the Directory app, which functions differently.

I am not able to see my whole Beehives class under "Organizations". I click on Young Women, and then Beehives, and the only option to click on and see from there is "Beehive Presidency" Why can't I see my whole class and their birthdays like other leaders can? Another leader has a tab names "reports" where she goes to, to see the whole class and their birthdays, but that isn't an option for me to even see.Becky

You also might visit with your ward clerk and explain the problem. The ward clerk is responsible for ward leader training on the tools and he should be able to assist you. If he can't sort it out for you he can request assistance from the stake clerk.
