When I click on "Ward Leaders", "Households", "Photos" and "Missionary", I'm able to see the corresponding links for those sections. However, when I click on the links in those sections, I'm unable to see the corresponding individuals. All I get is a blank white screen where the individual member information used to/should appear. For example, when I click on "Ward Leaders", I'm able to see all of the organizations (i.e. "Bishopric", "Relief Society", "Sunday School", etc.), but when I click on "Bishopric", for example, the names of those serving in the Bishopric do not appear and all I get is the aforementioned blank white screen. Does anyone know what's wrong and how I can fix this?
The funny thing is I'm able to see individual member information when I click on "Ward Organizations".
I also noticed that Elders Quorum is not part of the "Ward Leaders" section. In light of the EQ and HPG combining to form the EQ, there should still be an EQ link under the "Ward Leaders" section, correct?

I see that too. However, my ward hasn't called the new Elder's Quorum yet, so there's no one in those positions (everyone in the HPG and EQ got released after the April conference. I do see Elder's Quorum for some of the other units in my stake, so it appears it will get fixed as the new positons are recorded.Hilohi wrote:I also noticed that Elders Quorum is not part of the "Ward Leaders" section. As for the other problems you reported, I'm not able to duplicate that for my ward.

Thanks for your response. I'm now able to see that information. I guess it was just a glitch.russellhltn wrote:I see that too. Re: Information Not Appearing
I signed in and went to our ward directory to look up a member's phone number and none of the phone numbers appear on the screen with any of the members. What do I do?

Re: Information Not Appearing
Do you see other information about the members, such as their address, family members, and (maybe) photos? I've seen some situations where no family information appears on the right panel when you click on the name in the middle panel. That's a system problem if that's happening.jstrupp wrote:I signed in and went to our ward directory to look up a member's phone number and none of the phone numbers appear on the screen with any of the members. Your profile doesn't indicate in which country you live. There are some privacy restrictions that prevent member information from being displayed. In USA, the default is to show information, but in many countries, it is not. If that was the case, you probably wouldn't see any members except maybe your bishopric, unless the members opt in. While members can selectively opt to show/hide information such as address, phone, and photo, it would be odd for everyone in a unit to selectively hide their phone numbers.
If you have an iOS or Android device, you could try LDS Tools to see if you can see the information there. That might help in debugging the problem. If it's a privacy issue, you wouldn't see it in LDS Tools or in the online directory. If you see different results between the two, then there is probably a technical problem with the online directory.
Please provide more information and we can try to help you.
