Hi,
I am a Bishop. We have a member who is using the ward directory to call members and make inappropriate requests. Despite our efforts to ask this to stop, the inappropriate contacts continue. A symptom of other things I am working on with this member...but I'm trying to stop at least this from continuing.
Is there a way for me/the ward to close directory access for this member? Granted, the member probably has a print-out or most numbers by now...but at least we can shut down existing access hopefully.

It's not within the ward or stake's power (short of excommunicating them). You'll need to contact support and see what options they have on their end.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
