Email All option has vanished?

I've gotten multiple reports from ward members who can no longer send an email to all members of their organization from the Ward Directory. Checking it myself, it looks like the Email All link under the Ward Organizations has vanished. Are other wards seeing the same thing?

Yes. At the moment it is only available to the bishopric and clerks. See

Yes. It appears there was an update to the directory. I haven't seen any word on why the email links have been removed. The release notes haven't been updated. They also changed some of the photos to display as circles for some reason which is also
something of a problem.

That message refers to the Send A Message function in LCR. I can verify that the old email ability in the Directory is missing for clerks as well (or at least for assistant clerks).

I'm a ward clerk and the 'email all' feature for all organizations is no longer there. That's disappointing.
No "e-mail all" under heading for R. S. messages

There is no "e-mail all" under Relief Society heading to send messages to all of the R. S. like ther usually is.

Just received this response from my query to feedback:
We were asked to remove that feature because of problems. Yes, please use "send a message" and we are considering allowing ward council members to use it.
