I am not seeing any photos at all. The default ward list is the YSA Durham stake list, but I am not showing in the ward at all. I am a missionary serving in Chapel Hill, NC and have been added to the system that I see on the Mobile for iPhone. I am not showing in the ward list on this. What is the difference? Is there a way for me to be added to the ysa mission ward and then be able to pull up the information? That would really help. Otherwise, I need to get someone else to login for me.

You didn't say if you were a full-time missionary or a senior missionary.
You will not show in the ward list of your assigned ward - you'll appear under the "Missionary" section under "Assigned Missionaries".
Your access to the directory is set by the mission office when they assign you to the ward.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
