dscheduling ward activity or event

Is there a way for ward leaders to schedule a ward event or activity without having to re-enter the event into every auxiliary callendar?

The idea is that the members subscribe to all the calendars that pertain to them. So, a single entry on the ward "Ward Activities" calendar (or whatever you choose to call it) would be seen by all the members. There's no need to put the event into every auxiliary calendar.

Note that there is no standard for what calendars are created. When the system was first formed, there were no calendars at all. If the setup wizard was used, then some common calendars were created. But, it's completely up to the ward as to what calendars exists. I suspect that for some reason, you may be missing the calendar used to schedule the "all ward members" events.
