LDS.org calendar not sending email updates

Some of our wards are reporting emails are being sent out their calendars. I went through the calendar, calendar setup, subscriptions could not see anything setup incorrectly.

But, as of today 5/7/2014 6:15 PM Pacific Time no emails are being sent.

I am the Assistant Stake Clerk responsible for lds.org.

I have Bishops asking why this is not working.
Is there any update as to why Emails are not being sent from the Calender on lds.org?

I'm reporting also that e-mails are still not getting sent. I'm trying to do things as requested (checking help, checking here, posting here, sending feedback through lds.org, responding to requests for information, following up on these requests). I'd prefer not to treat this like a business, and "escalating issues" to make sure your request is heard, especially since "escalating it" in this context means asking priesthood leaders to take time away from actual service.

I've gotten a report back that there may be a problem when a calender user dies it may mess up the entire ward. (Apparently their removal from the system isn't clean.) Does this scenario fit for anyone?

It's being looked into but the developers are short-handed.

I may have a related issue. Our stake general priesthood meeting is this weekend. I wanted to force a reminder message to be sent, so I opened the event, and checked Send an e-mail now. All I ever get is the Spinner of Eternity. I can escape out of it, but as far as I can tell, no messages are sent.

Well, we have had a member of the ward pass away recently. They probably had an email in the system, so I guess that counts as a "calendar user".

Only the "Send Now" works, the "Send Later" ones are not being sent.

Well, at least you're doing better than me. I can't get either way to work anymore.
