How to get reservations into a subscription that feeds to iCal

I use the sync feature to send all my calendar subscriptions to iCal. A building scheduler in my stake needs to set up the same thing, but needs building reservations to show in the subscription feed so that he can see when the building is reserved in iCal, iPhone, or iPad. He shares the building with another ward and stake so he cannot have their calendars in his subscription feed. How can he get all reservations for both wards and stakes as well as all events to show in iCal?
