Unable to Delete Calendar

#1

Post by jerrymatson »

I click on the red "X" to delete a calendar, after which, I am presented with a spinning animation. The spining animation keeps going and the calendar never goes away. After reloading, relogging in, refreshing, and other attempts, the calendar is still there.

Anyone else seeing these kinds of things?

I am experienceing the same problem. My case is when deleting an old request for a new calendar. I tried to deny it the request and got the spinning animation as you did. I then tried to delete the calendar request by clicking on the X as you did with the same results.

This issue may be related to a similar problem we are having with the deletion of events. We have seen some database issues that may or may not be related that we are digging into. We will update this thread when we learn more information.

The root cause here is the same as other threads on this forum. See this post in the other thread:

Follow that thread for updates.
