Unable to Login to FIR

Unable to successfully login to FIR app using credentials that work on LDS.org
Entering credentials yields "Invalid username and/or password".

Whap happens if you go to the website
https://www.lds.org/fir
FIR is only available to certain callings.

No issue at all. Have been able to submit more than a dozen tickets since called as Executive Secretary.

Anything odd as part of your name or password? It's possible the app doesn't properly handle punctuation.

That would make sense. PW contains special characters (punctuation)

A quick check shows the following are troublesome if they're not converted. They're "reserved characters" that are part of HTML/XML:
" - quotation mark
' - apostrophe
& - ampersand
< - less-than
> - greater-than
As a work around, you might try substituting the following for the punctuation:

'
&
<
>
