There was an article in the LDS newsroom about this. It said the gospel library and mormon chaannel would be available in spanish and german by march this year. But do we know when exactly is the launch date?

It would be nice if the folks at LDS Tech would give us (1) a target date, and (2) the name of the apps in both Spanish and German. Should we perform a search on "LDS", "SUD" or "HLT" in order to locate the apps?
