I tried the new icon change Easter egg found in the about page on the app, and it said the icon was changed but it didn’t change it on my home screen. I deleted and redownloaded the app, and now it doesn’t say anything at all when I enter the code

I have the same Problem Developers Please Fix!!!!!

This functionality has been removed from the application.

Does anyone know why the Easter egg was removed? It’s a great marketing tool and would increase users (especially youth) to spend more time on the app! Loved it while it lasted!

I'll take a wild guess that it wasn't approved. It changed an icon that was determined by another team.

Super Sad. I don’t know why but I actually opened my app far more after I changed the icon. It just didn’t blend in with all the rest I think. Sad they removed this great feature.
