about 2 weeks ago i opened my gospel library app to discover that all of my notes, tags, and higlights had disappeared. i am beyond devastated. years of work and study have vanished. this happened to me one other time about a year ago, but everything reappeared about a day later. that is unfortunately not the case now. the odd thing this time is that i was pretty certain that my name and password were different than the one that i am currently able to log in with. i have recovered my username and password just to be sure. i have two different usernames and passwords in my apple keychain. one will log me in, but the other is not recognized.
I AM DESPERATE. PLEASE HELP!
all my notes, tags, and highlights have disappeared. devastated.

It sounds like your annotations are associated with your other LDS Account. You will need to recover that account.clevrev wrote:my name and password were different than the one that i am currently able to log in with.
