April General Conference Not Showing Up As Download Option on iPad

Was helping someone today to try and figure out why April 2018 general conference was not showing up in the list of conferences in Gospel Library on an iPad. On my ipod it was there but it definitely was not showing up for him (latest conference option was Oct 2017). He had an internet connection and could download other past conferences. We tried swiping the screen down (a typical gesture for refreshing the page) and that didn't work. We tried closing the app, waiting and then restarting it and that didn't work. We looked for a "refresh" option or setting and couldn't find anything that seemed to help there. Out of ideas now. Anyone know why this happens and/or have ideas on other things to try?
