My previous iPhone had the gospel
Library and had handbook 1 ( I am a bishop). I can’t seem to get it on the iPhone X.... I have logged out and back in and synced the LDS Tools thinking it might help but can’t seem to get it back
iPhone x.

LDS Tools doesn't have Gospel Library or the Handbooks. Gospel Library is a separate application and the Handbooks are available in LCR on LDS.org. My iPhone X accesses both of them.
