Suggestion for app feature: Show when multiple verses have manual content added

Right now, when content (links, tags, or notes) are added for multiple verses, the "Related Content" area only shows the first verse. It can become quite difficult to know which verses the related content goes to when, for example, that first verse has content attached and then a set of verses which starts with that same first verse also has content. In GL 3.x, it was easy to tell which verse or verses had content attached,

How did 3.x show which verses were associated with an annotation, when the annotation was attached to multiple verses?

In GL 3.x there was a number in a box to the left of the contexnt. If the content was attached to one verse the box would only have one number in it. If it was attached to multiple verses it would have the number of first verse, a dash, then the number of the last verse (e.g., 5-10). Also, the color of the box matched the color of he highlight used.

I have thought that in 4.x, the numbers could be placed to the right of the date on the top of the outline box. Or alternatively, the date could be replaced by the numbers. I don't find the date to be very useful.
