On my phone when I open the app, it says "Updating Gospel Library" but does this for ever. I am on a galaxy note 9. My dad's galaxy note 9 dosn't do this though. I have tried unistalling the app and then clear all residue from it but that dosn't work. I have also tried just restarting my phone and that dosn't work. The last time this happend I factory reset the phone and then it worked but that is more work than it is worth.

I have seen this same problem with the Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy 5s, and Galaxy 9s+. In some cases leaving the app and re-entering has fixed it. In other cases (on the same phone) I've had to restart the phone.

Do you have any apps or services installed that do web filtering or content blocking? Some filtering services block the Church's content servers.
