I’m trying to find the gospel library app in apk format for a device with no google play store through tech.lds.org with no success, on the download page (http://tech.lds.org/dl/android/) there’s only lds music, lds tools and just serve apps.
Couldn’t find the iOS beta signin page neither, for that case I’m already signed into the project as observer.

You need to be a member of the "Gospel Library for Android" LDSTech project to see Gospel Library available for download on that page (you may also need to sign out and back in).
What kind of device do you have? Gospel Library is also distributed on the Amazon Appstore and on a Chinese app store (I'm not sure which; it's managed by the area).

you can try to Google Play, it is available in apk file too on many android websites ( apknnite, aptoide,...) and even the app you are looking for.
