Gospel Library doesn't work on huawei devices.

I just got a new huawei 10 lite and trying to open the gospel library and the window disappear almost immediately.
I delete and re-install, reset and turning off my devices, and nothing works.
I read on the comments in the play store many people have the same problem with a Huawei 9 lite.
Please help us.

Make sure you have the latest version of Google Play Services installed:

Okay, latest Google Play services are installed and it's still crashing. Been a few days and the Gospel Library refuses to run.
Didn't realize how dependant I've become on it. Not to mention traveling this week so can't lug books around.

If nothing else comes up will certainly give that a shot. But it's a very temporary workaround. Clearing out Google services and not rebooting my phone won't last long since services are the backbone to basically everything.
For me it's only the Gospel Library that's affected. Android auto and other apps are fine.
Can anyone provide a link to older versions of GL? Every link I'm finding now points to other apps or a check the wiki type link.

An update to Gospel Library for Android – 4.4.2 – went out this morning. Does it fix the problem for those of you who are crashing, if updating Google Play Services didn't help?

I had the same problem (app would launch for a split second and then immediately close) and I had to go into the Play Store / My Apps and update Gospel Library. It took 3 or 4 days, and I only just got it fixed a few minutes ago. I have a Huawei Honor 6x. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and then had to Google how to fix apps that wouldn't load.
