The gospel library for android project was made a private project and the booted all the members out. Don't know why but pretty clear it isn't a community project any more.

For the past couple of months, the Android Gospel Library developers have been tearing apart the content downloading and updating parts of the app, to make content updates more reliable. Large sections of the app are being rewritten so that syncing and downloading happens more in the background, and the changes (most of which are invisible to the user) have touched most of the files in the app's source code. The LDSTech project gave access to alpha versions of the app – which are potentially unstable – and a decision was made to remove users from the project to minimize the chances of someone downloading an unstable/unfinished version of the app that hasn't been tested yet. We don't want users to lose annotations, rack up downloads on their data plan, or have other major problems in using an untested version of the app.

Anyone can join the Gospel Library for Android beta by opting in on Google Play (scroll to the bottom of the page for Gospel Library). Beta versions of the app undergo some level of testing before release (alpha versions don't).

The LDSTech project mailing list was useful in the past, but hasn't been used for some time – feedback for the beta can be posted on the "Gospel Library BETA" Google+ community, or sent through in-app feedback under Settings. Because opting in for the beta happens on Google Play, the members of the LDSTech project didn't line up with the actual group of people who were in the beta, either.
