Delete downloaded audio

#1

Post by nicoleat »

I've started downloading general conference audio files to listen to in the car. Since I don't have lots of space on my phone, I went to delete the audio I don't want anymore. I couldn't find any way to do it in the GL app, nor could I find the files in my phone. I used ES file explorer to clean my phone, removed the entire April 2017 general conference from GL and downloaded it again, hoping this would get rid of the audio files. But when I tried to play the talks I'd downloaded previously, they were still there. (I turned off WiFi beforehand and I don't have data.) I can't keep downloading the audio files unless there's a reasonable way to delete them later. Please help! Thanks.

Downloaded media in Gospel Library for Android can be managed in Settings.

You can see and manage downloaded media by opening Settings (three dots at the top right corner > Settings), then Downloaded Media. On the right side of each item, there should be a little trash can. You can click that to start removing downloaded files from your device.
