Hi, I just purchased Amazon fire hd 10 7th gen 2017 and I have same issue with gospel libary. it installs, but when I try to download scriptures, I get failed download the-check internet connection error. internet connection is fine. Any suggestions? Thank You.

I downloaded a video from within the gospel library, after downloading completed I closed and came back in, all the downloads started working, though they were really slow

I'm having the same issue right now with the brand new Kindle Fire 8 HD. Aug 2018.
