two Elders Quorums

We recently split our elders into two quorums and I have noticed a few problems. The first one I found is that in both MLS and lds.org, the Officers Sustaining List only shows one quorum with the leadership of the second quorum. The other problem I see is that the lds.org application to print rolls only shows one quorum and it only prints the second quorum.

Has anyone else dealt with this? If so, what was/is the solution?
