Tip: I fold the hard, back cover (the one that is used to keep writing from populating down through recommends below) over the front of the book. Then I write "Destroy after mm/dd/yyyy" on the *new* front of the book and file them in date order in our filing cabinet that is locked and inside the loc...

I'm ward clerk in Oklahoma. We just called a Building Coordinator who hasn't yet activated his LDS Account (I explained that to him yesterday) so I will probably be the one to help him get up and running...

Let's get worldwide (or at least region-wide) WIFI access up before we task ward leadership with another project ...

In the MLS manual in the section Users and Rights (p 22), sub-section Adding Users, item 8, is a list of user rights and recommendations as to what unit positions should have those rights. But the decision as to who has access to ...

I name my reports starting with the Organization they were created for. For example: "RS_Sisters with HT/VT History" That way, I train the organizations to sort the list and look for their organization name to print their reports. Most do not, and I gladly provide what reports they request (as I hav...

For one day, she still showed up and was still showing on the map... in Idaho. Seriously beyond our ward b...

As you indicate, a Stake can decide to have the wards maintain stake geo codes at the ward level. I can think of several reasons, which I don't have time to enumerate now, which would make a boundary realignment project pretty frustrating, if the stake geo codes were managed at the ward level. I'm ...
