LUWS will not update until tonight (I believe). Is your meeting time updated in CDOL?

I would recommend that. Also if you would send me your unit number in a PM I will look to see if I can figure out why it didn't work the first time. It looks like you were on MLS version 3.1.2 when you changed your meeting time. You need to be on 3.1.3 when you change your meeting time for it to wo...

So if I made the change two weeks ago Sunday (Dec 27th) and it still hasn't shown up in CDOL then I should probably try making a change again to get it to go through? I would recommend that. Also if you would send me your unit number in a PM I will look to see if I can figure out why it didn't work...

I just checked and my ward's meeting time is now correct in CDOL, but not yet on LUWS. Based on the nightly refresh procedure, I guess that means I can assume our LUWS will be correct by tomorrow morning. We have currently processed files received through Sunday afternoon (~ 5:30 MST). So most meet...

In CDOL we are currently holding the changes from this last weekend. After the CDOL patch we will let those changes through. After the processing is caught up then you will need to flag individual problems. If you change the time in MLS then change it back to the correct time then do a send/receive...

No, you will have to re-enter the data. However, do you not have a recent backup on a diskette or flash drive? After you reload MLS, you can restore your most recent backup and move forward from there, rather than starting all over. I think that the request refresh in MLS will send a request not on...

After that, will you do a sweep through MLS to see that everything is up to speed? Or do we need to flag individual problems for you? Less than 1/3 of our times have changed, but there is no rhyme or reason to which ones did and did not. Some early submittals changed, some did not. Some later submi...

LUWS does get the data from CDOL. I believe it is a nightly refresh.

Techgy wrote:Does the CDOL then update the LUWS? It's obvious that there's a relationship between the MLS - CDOL - LUWS. It would be helpful to understand what that relationship is and how each is updated - at least in general.

I believe that LUWS gets it from CDOL. I will try to find out.

It is a patch for CDOL. Once the patch is released we will turn on the processing and start running through all the files we have received from the last weekend.
