Re: Divorces and how to enter new spouse...

I can't provide a direct link because it would depend on the specific member in question. If you are a clerk (or the bishop), you can find the member profile in LCR (using Membership > Member List from the menu), then click on the Family tab and then click on the pencil icon to the right of the marr...

Re: How to Correct Marriage Information

Check either in LCR or MLS for "Special Request". It will allow you to send a note to SLC along with a link to the membership record in question. LCR does not support Special Requests. That's only available in MLS. But other options include email (probably not a good idea since sensitive ...

Re: Changing Payee in LDS.org

From the menu in LCR select Finance > Participants, search for the Payee and click on the name. However, for members you can't edit most of the payee information--it comes from the membership record. For non-member payees you should be able to edit the name and address.

Re: System keeps reporting duplicate record

Look at the Family tab for the mother and father. If the child shows up in either place then they have been entered as a child on a parent's record but do not have a membership record. If that is the case then you will get the message about the duplicate record. If that's the case then go ahead and ...

Re: Official Tax Statement (NOT THERE) when "Available"

There was a problem where at least some pre-generated statements wouldn't open. But previously all reports indicated that you could generate a new one which would work. To do that first click on "Official Tax Statement" under Statement Type, then select the year and then click the Generate...

Re: Phone and email asociated to an LDS account are wrong. I can't recover my account.

A clerk should be able to edit the email address on the membership record and that should then transfer to LDS Account which might make it possible to recover by email. I'm not sure if that works but it might. But there might be a delay between when the membership record is updated and when the emai...

Re: New Directory and Clerks

In Tools, hit the edit button in the upper right, then scroll down where you should see a Visibility link. I am using an iPhone but I'm guessing that Android users will see the same thing. In Android the edit button is in the lower right and then it's a Privacy tab along the top. But basically the ...

As somebody pointed out in another thread, leaders still can edit privacy settings in LDS Tools.
