Can't access Membership Audit from a ward's MLS

I traveled to a ward in my stake this last Sunday, hoping to conduct a membership audit. The problem was, it wasn't an option in that ward's MLS (which did say it was on version 3.3.1.) And when I went to check the error report directly, it was blank. (That's theoretically possible, but it seemed od...

The wife in this case is a member. Are you sure this will still work?

Wife is "Other" in MLS Household

One of the ward clerks in my stake has a household where the wife has the status of "Other" instead of "Spouse". I tried playing around with that ward's MLS for a few minutes in hopes of fixing it, but got nowhere. Anyone have any ideas?

Which branch website? There's the old "classic" where everything has to be manually updated by your website admin, and then there's the new directory which automatically gets its information from MLS. I would assume the classic one is the one the branch president is wrestling with. I've seen glimps...

It sounds like it may be a bug in the directory application, where it doesn't show him because he isn't a member of the ward. It would interesting to know if adding an out of unit record for him solved that problem. It would be worth passing that information along to the directory team by submittin...

The branch president can be entered the same way to create the out of unit record. His name can be selected from the list of membership names for the calling position. But because a branch president is a tier 1 position the stake must submit a LUCR (leader and unit change request) before his name w...

All right, here's my situation. The president and clerk of the Spanish branch in my stake are members of another ward. Setting them up with out-of-unit records in the branch MLS seems easy enough, but how can we get them to appear in the "Leadership Directory" on the branch website? Is it just a mat...

I wasn't trying to argue that it couldn't happen -- obviously it can. I was just saying that it was rare and I had no way to test it in my stake. My testing of the originally reported problem failed to duplicate the reported issue, so I was wondering if it only happened if the last name was changed...
