Re: Phishing email

At times, the Church has used external vendors to do surveys of experiences with sending feedback to the website. Re: "New Experience" Toggle - error

I've been having the same problem for weeks. Super frustrating. When I go to any of the scriptures or to Come Follow Me, it will display for a few seconds and then the page disappears altogether. If I am not logged in it seems to work for a while, but then the pages seem to be blank when I select a...

Re: Stop receiving emails OR delete account

Re: Seminary Registration

There might be something wrong with the information in your son's membership record. Get your ward clerk or ward membership clerk to print out your household Individual Ordinance Summary documents and double-check everything. If there is something wrong, the clerks can correct the information--thoug...

Re: Ministering Assignment in LDS.Org

From other threads, I understand there are some issues from the domain name change. The problems might clear up by themselves in a few days. Meanwhile, clearing your browser cache and deleting cookies _might_ help. If that does not help, please file feedback via the 'Feedback' link or button.

Re: Unable to Publish Proposed Ministering Assignments

I... This may be helpful for the Software Engineers that are working on this. Here are the console errors ... Please submit that information via the 'Feedback' button or link nearest where it happened. Because this is a user-to-user mutual-help forum, it's unlikely any developer will ever see this ...

Re: Country is not accurate.

Your ward clerk is probably the best person to ask about that. Another option would be to use the Feedback button or link on a page near where you would try to change it.
