Re: LCR Expenses Entry Errors

We had issues last Tuesday and early Wednesday morning. By Wednesday evening the issue had been resolved. I also suspect that the problem then was due to the domain name shuffle. The problem on Tuesday evening initially started with every time the Expense tab was selected it went to the personal Don...

During the long no-sync problem earlier this year, the app kept running for me even though the sync failed. The app recorded the failed sync as the last sync and kept right on going. I did lose specialty items, such as Handbook 1,

Re: TM Dashboard Updates

In my experience 30 minutes tops. Usually quicker. This assumes that any firmware updates have been carried out before activation. I’ve adopted the practice of doing firmware updates, usually at home, on the MX64 and MR33 devices. This way the devices are turned off and this effectively finishes the...

Re: Erasing hard drives with BleachBit

The most effective way of destroying data, on a hard drive, I've found is called a hammer. :D Doesn't consume a lot of time energy etc., and is 100% effective! When equipment goes to the recycler, the company(s) the church contracts with either disposes of it (in the proper manner) or resells it. F...

Re: tracking orders from store.lds.org

From my experience, although a tracking number is provided, like you I have found that an online way of using this isn’t available. Give it a couple of weeks and if the order doesn’t arrive, then contact the online store for an update.

Re: Submitter should not be the payee of expense

Here in the UK, as a Ward Clerk when I submit a payment for reimbursement for myself. I get the warning message, but am still able to process the payment. Out of curiosity I have tried to approve the payment, but quite rightly the system won’t allow it! Yes, I accidentally found out it will allow y...
