Re: Missing hymn numbers

A good alternative on Android, which I use, is LDS Hymns with Notes . The developers no longer seem to be around, but the app continues to work great for me, even after my device's recent upgrade to Android 9 (Pie). Hymns can be located by page number or title. When viewing the hymn, a toggle at the...

Re: Installation problems with HP LaserJet 1300 (and 1200)

I followed the instructions above, however, after clicking the Windows Update button--and choosing HP from the manufacturer list--there is no LaserJet 1300 option in the printer list. This is on our Bishop's Lenovo Thinkpad, running Windows 10 Home. Any suggestions? I've found that after the update...

Re: Short Throw Projector Suggestions

Our stake purchased a Hitachi CP-BW301WN almost 2 years ago. We have been happy with it. It can adjust for horizontal as well as vertical keystone. This allows the projector to be placed off center with respect to the screen, with the projected image squared off and centered on the screen.

Re: Audio backup

I went to hook up the audio backup via the EJ-10 for our stake conference webcast and found that the phone line was no longer active. And then we received a letter about deactivating any non-necessary phone lines. Are cell phones the recommended backup now? We kept a landline in our stake center an...

Re: Reliable broadcasting for Stake Conference - how to

Thanks for posting this. Lots of great information! On page 12, under Satellite with HDbitT, you might want to mention that in buildings with satellite receivers set up to receive 2 languages, the first language comes on the left channel and the second language on the right. So there is a need to is...

You may be seeing a symptom of the issues mentioned in this thread. If so, according to this post, the development team is aware and working to resolve the problems.

Re: Viewing HDMI Receiver Output in Chapel

I did find those settings. My assumption was that if I selected the L-Mono option, yes, I would only get English over the HDMI, but also that the right audio output on the back of the receiver would be switched to English. We still need the Spanish on the right channel going to the Spanish channel m...

Re: Viewing HDMI Receiver Output in Chapel

I had on hand a 2.5 mm to RCA splitter and used that to separate the left and right at the projector audio output and connected just the left to the crab box. At the risk of being pedantic, I think that would be a 3.5 mm stereo to an RCA pair. (Not a splitter. To me, a splitter creates two identica...
