What happens when mail is sent to the meetinghouse?

If snail mail is addressed to the church meetinghouse, where does it go? I checked with the agent bishop and the other bishop in the building and it doesn't end up with them. I'm wondering if it is a 'return to sender' situation. A member had a third party send mail via the US Postal service address...

Please don't adjust the start/end mtg. time when I'm editing

My single biggest pain point with the calendar is that when you adjust the start/end time, it tries to be 'helpful' and adjusts the other. For instance, if I have a mtg that runs from 9:00am-10:00am, and I change the start to 9:30am, it changes the end time to 10:30pm. When I'm entering the stake ca...

Finding a stake president from long ago

We recently had a reconvened disciplinary council and I'm trying to locate a Stake President and Bishop who served over 28 years ago. I have the name of the stake and ward, and unit numbers from back then, and have looked through CDOL, but no luck. Is this going to be impossible or are there other t...

Change building a ward is assigned to

Our Stake recently underwent a boundary change. A new unit, the Bear Creek Ward (in the Redmond WA Stake), is associated with the wrong building. I went to Unit settings but didn't see anything that would let me change the address for that unit. The Bear Creek ward meets at the Stake Center but list...

Re: Getting access to Missionary Online recommendation system

We had the Stake President grant him access so this is resolved.

Re: Stake Reorganized: How to get the new Bishop's record

It worked out that one of our prior ward clerks ended up in the same ward boundary as the new Bishop. Since we had not removed his calling yet we were able to have him move the record :-)

Stake reorganized: what to do about checks

Our stake reorganized last Sunday. One of the wards was discontinued, and I have instructions about what to do with a discontinued ward. My question is about the wards that have new names but retain their unit number. Is it critical to have them destroy their old checks and deposit slips and order n...

Stake boundary change: can't find members of old ward

We did a boundary realignment in our stake. One ward was retired (Redmond 3rd ward). The Bishop went to use the boundary realignment tool to move members of the retired ward into the new ward, but can't find any of the R3 members. I also took a look and can't find them. Hopefully this is just a newb...
