Fast Offering - Rent direct withdrawal

What kind of documentation would we need from a member who was provided Fast Offering (Rent) help as the payee and recipient but then gives that Fast Offering help to her roommate to make payment on the rent from a direct withdrawal? She is the recipient but not the one making payment directly to th...

Re: Ministering - Spouse companion

I stay out of their business unless they request help. How do you determine what is "their business" vs. what is your Clerk responsibilities? Since this is an update of system records, would it fall under the Clerk's duties and responsibilities? I agree that this should fall under the EQ ...

Re: Electronic reimbursements

I thought as long as I'm one of the approvers during entry, it should allow me to proceed with printing the check...correct? No. If you use electronic receipts then you must have two approvals before it will let you print the check. That's why, like davesudweeks, I use paper documentation for check...

Have you been able to use the new online reimbursement process yet and how was your experience? Could you provide a step by step process with examples of your experience? I'm lo...

Re: Entering Expenses on LCR

I am Financial Clerk, and I get emails regularly about approvals and also those that the Bishop has to 'approve'. Sometimes he isn't as timely as Salt Lake would like. ;-) I am not getting any email notifications for approvals. Is it because I am doing them through MLS but I do see the Branch Presi...

Re: New Expense Reimbursement Process

I'm hoping the new process will make it more stream lined where, the Branch Clerk, enters the expense (as one of the approvers) and then the Branch President approves it. If the Branch President is one of the two initial approvers then his electronic approval is automatically also recorded. The onl...
