Re: Videos very hit/miss for viewing/downloading

I looked at the page and only saw 2 videos, one of which didn't work, as you described. I haven't noticed that problem specifically, but I have noticed issues with the videos embedded in the lessons. Several times, when I've tried playing them full screen, I find the resolution is terrible. I've had...

Re: New Ward -- URGENT -- Humanitarian Contact

You might also try contacting other bishops in the stake. Maybe another unit meets in the same building? It's not always the same stake, but you might find someone who can assist you. Since it appears you have an LDS account, if your records are in the ward where you reside, you can log in and look ...

Re: New Experience Highlighting Causes Page to Not Render

This is still a problem. It occurred again while trying to extend a highlight. I'm finding many times that when I select content to highlight, that the highlight that is created starts a few words after I created the highlight. I'm glad I have my notes here to go back and see when this happened befo...

Christus Statue Disappearing on Favicon

For a while now, the church has been replacing the Christus statue favicon with a blue blob favicon as pages on the site get reworked. I've always found it uplifting and a good reminder of where I was when I'd see the Christus statue favicon when I'm on the church website. Does anyone here know why ...

Re: new experience

I'd recommend reporting it using the feedback link at the bottom of that page. The Feedback link isn't at the bottom of the page in the New Experience. I actually thought it didn't exist at all, but I found it. You need to open the table of contents panel on the left and scroll to the bottom of tha...

Re: I can't save personal information changes

Are you still experiencing the problem? I just tried to edit my personal information and I was able to do so. It may have been a temporary problem. If you're still having problems, it would be good to know.

Re: Beta Directory: Missing email organization option

I'm the Gospel Doctrine class president. I've been sending out lesson reading schedule reminders to all adults for the past year. I'm very disappointed that this will no longer be possible. Please also submit your feedback to the church. Click on the help icon (?) on the upper-right of the director...

Beta Directory: Missing email organization option

The old directory gave you the option to email organization members. The new one doesn't have this. Not all ward members have access to LCR. Just tonight, I wanted to email the presidency of an organization and the option isn't there in the new directory.

I'm submitting feedback.

Re: Ward Mid-Week Communique - Use LDS mail?

Based on my career experience I know that emails that look plain and ugly with no modern formatting don't often get opened and especially don't get read. I agree that the most secure way and best policy for sending emails to the ward should be managed from the LCR tools and not from a third party l...

Thanks for pointing that out. I see it now.
