Re: Not able to log in to LCR

On Sunday, June 30, the systems were down most of the day. Even MLS couldn't transmit for awhile. Today, I can get on. However, the usual "timeout" that auto logs me out due to inactivity doesn't seem to be triggering. As an aside, for some reason the forum decided to start sending me this...

Getting emails not subscribed to

[Prior subject removed]
As an aside, for some reason the forum decided to start sending me this thread even though I'm not subscribed to it. (I probably am now that I've responded.)

Re: Annual ward history template?

I noticed that you omitted adding photos, which I think are an important part of the annual history. I am careful about adding photos of children, however, since you should ask parents for permission first. As a stake clerk, I recently sent out an email asking the wards to submit their history all ...

Re: Annual ward history template?

This is a new calling for me and I haven't had any guidance. Am I supposed to write up every calling that's called? I think you'll go crazy trying to track all of them. I'm the ward clerk and help track callings to try to keep LCR up to date and I often miss callings. The computer system doesn't ev...

Ouch.

Re: New "directory".... a step back in usability

Not only is the new directory less useful for basic functionality, it also removes important functionality used by clerks and executive secretaries. I used to be able to send an email to all members of the High Council, to the Stake Council, to other orgs. With that functionality gone, the only opt...

Re: Electronic reimbursements

How do you request a reimbursement? Last time I logged into my account I had a link to request it, but the link is no longer there. There is no request functionality. Clerks and the bishopric can enter already approved expenses for payment. your ward clerk can provide you the process for your ward.

Re: Lock Household Visibility?

You should be able to do it for your own household, so the function is there. But for some reason it's not available to callings like it used to be. It might be part of a bigger plan to put all clerk tools in LCR instead of having "clerk mode" in different apps. ⋅ Click on your ...

Re: Lock Household Visibility?

It was clear how to set the visibility for a household on the old directory. On the new directory, I can't find any way to change it. If it is already set, I can see that it is locked (as I'm a clerk). But, if I want to lock a household's visibility... there is no option I can see on the screen. An...

Re: Beta Directory: Editing Permissions Missing

Will clerks still be able to edit the information for other households, or is that going way (specifically, I'm an assistant ward clerk)? If I remember correctly, the plan is for that to move into another application, which probably means LCR. You can also adjust privacy for them using LDS Tools. T...
