What we have done is to provide zone level maps that they can see streets and just give them new list of members by zone/names/address/contact info. New list is much faster then printing new maps. We also have a ZC make a list in there LDS tool with there family and it will drop those name into a ma...

Geo Code is still in MLS. go to the membership drop down on the top and you will find it. It The way you input is different. It will have a list of family's then on the right side you will find a column for stake and a 2nd for ward. Click on ward and input it there, and then you can still run custom...

The way I do it is to pull an export from lds/tools /Directory and then move the info into google maps. You can also get copy's of your ward and stake maps from CDOL Church Directory of Orgs and Leaders. under tools and support in LDS tools. you can also get the GPS file

The zip will start in its own column and this will split in tp 2 columns I was thinking not knowing how big your ward is but the plus 4 could be a very small area. If you are useing zone leader's they may end up having alot of zones. Are you working off a map or just lds maps. You can down load map ...

If you're going to open it in Excel, once you open it add a column to the right of the Zip code field. Then click on the top of the current Zip columns then go to Data -Text to Columns then click on Delimited , then click Other. box to the right add a - then Finish

You can still use Geo Codes if you go the membership dropdown 3 from the top household geo codes

As a clerk there were filters that were part of each household You would click on the map for that household. click edit. there were 2 filters one was EP and with in that I could add notes like Ham Radio or Zone Leader. and 2nd filter had special needs. once that info was added. you could go to the ...
