Re: Audit procedures for new electronic welfare assistance form

That audit question is no longer a part of ward or branch audits. Going paperless eliminates the need for the question.

If it was a check from the scout or his parents that was consolidated in the 'Other' account and then paid to the Council, that's another situation. If it was the result of fund raising, that's a much di...

Re: Online reimbursement using jotform

Or will the audit...

Re: Financial Clerk Training - Audit Question

When you say 'carry out' the audit, what do you mean? I'm confused about why anyone who is supposed to be involved with the audit (bishop, finance clerk, etc) or the auditor would not have the ability to enter LUFAS. Is it a matter of that person not being listed with a calling that gives them acces...

Re: Changes to rules, learned in Audit

As an Assistant Area Auditor, as soon as I hear about audit changes like this, I try to get the word out. Most often changes clarify existing policies or procedures that are stated in the Handbooks. However, the existing written materials may not say it clearly. Changes in audit questions seem to be...

Re: Audit - new bishopric

Another reason to audit early. The audit department can waive an audit when there has been a change in leadership recently. However, it IS a wonderful teaching opportunity. The new bishop can learn a lot early in his tenure.
