This is a disappointment. Is there another resource that will replace the knowledge contained here?

Will we get a tech specific area on Right now the LDSTech sight is the only place to find answers to specific tech questions and material.

I hope this is referring only to the LDSTech home page / blog. The LDSTech forums are very active with people seeking help and getting answers to technology and clerk-related questions. The LDS Music Content and Mobile Translation are two active LDSTech projects I know of, both of which rely heavily on the ICLA, Google discussion groups, and LDSTech wiki to move the work forward. Some work could definitely be done to streamline things and integrate better with, but as it stands currently it would be a major loss if LDSTech were removed without a replacement.

I see the title has been updated to be more clear that LDSTech in general isn't being shut down on March 1st. What a relief! :)

My blog has many articles on how to use Church tools and resources. I hope it continues to be a helpful resource in the future. Feel free to suggest topics I should write about.

So, if the forum is still active, how do I find it? I used to go to but that just brings me here now.

The forum is at, or there's a link to it under the Church logo at the top of this page.

I'm surprised all the blog entries were removed. I thought they'd stay there for reference. I guess not.
