Questions to Ask to Troubleshoot Leader and Clerk Resources Issues
- What operating system is on your computer? (Windows 7, XP, MAC, etc..)
- Which browser is being used? (e.g., Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari)
- Which version of the browser are you using?
- What is your LDS Account username?
- What is your unit name and number?
- What is your current calling(s)?
- What date and time did you experience the problem?
- Which email address and phone number can we best contact you?
- List the exact steps to reproduce the problem you encountered. Screenshots are helpful.
- What were the results you expected to see?
- Copy the website address from the browser’s address bar. The website address starts with 'http'. Send this website address to the support personal. This will help the engineers debug the correct website.
