I'm a stake clerk located in Canada and tried to make a Staples order through LDS EWay, but I can't gain access. My unit number (nor those of the units in my stake) are able to gain access. The message given is "The information we received is invalid." I've triple checked and I'm not making a mistake with my unit number. It's as though my account hasn't been activated. Has anyone else encountered this?

Please note that you'll get much better responses to questions like this on the LDSTech Forum. There's an active community of clerks there, and you'll certainly get a response. Hardly anyone is likely to see your question here on the wiki.

But if you do choose to ask a question on the wiki, you should ask it on a Talk page, such as this one (your user talk page). Pages created in the main name space are supposed to be actual articles on a topic, not questions.
