I have worked as a Software Architect for the church since September of 2007. I have 20 years professional experience designing and implementing service infrastructures, component models, and communication frameworks. In addition to architectural responsibilities, I am currently responsible for the management, architecture, and implementation of the Unit Data Exchange (UDX) communications technology developed by the Church. UDX efficiently and reliably transmits data between Church headquarters and remote units such as temples, missions, stakes, wards, and stores.
