Update for new CUBS statements

It would be very helpful if this section was updated to reflect the format of the new "Unit Financial Statement" and "Consolidated Financial Statement." As a new Stake President I understand that I am to review the wards' finances with the Bishops, but I not sure I fully understand the organization of these new statements. Thanks for all your efforts. -- Sjpynes 14:43, 8 March 2011‎

Outstanding items time limit discrepancy

In the "Action Items" section it says "For checks that are outstanding six or more months, the clerk should contact the payee and have him or her either cash or return the check." -- Which is correct? The previous sentence about outstanding checks, or the info in the Unit Financial Statement article on RKATS, which states: "Any outstanding items that are over a month old should be dealt with . . . Note that checks outstanding more than 180 days are automatically escheated to the state (in United States only)." -- Dwheywood 20:36, 10 March 2013‎

First of all, it's never appropriate to ask questions in the body of a wiki article. That's what the Talk page is for. So I undid your change, and moved your question here.
In any case, I'm a bit surprised this article is still here on the wiki. Since the development of the Record Keeping and Technology Support site, any content that you find there is official and supersedes any corresponding content in the wiki. So the correct answer is on RKATS. -- Aebrown (talk) 19:06, 11 March 2013 (MDT)
