Password with non-alphanumeric characters

I have a password that includes non alphanumeric characters. The app apparently can't handle that. Can this get correct? -- Aarnott 14:47, 19 September 2010 (UTC)

Crash on startup

Help! I have loaded the software on my iPad and my iPhone. I have rebooted and deleted the app and reinstalled. In all cases, once I sign in and watch the data download progress reach 100% the app crashes. Then when I restart the application, the title screen show for a few seconds and then disappears back to the iPad/iPhone home screen. Please don't tell me this is because I am in a unit outside the US/Canada. -- Mathew.bunker 16:44, 21 September 2010 (UTC)

I am having the same issue. iPhone 2g running 3.1.3. Downloads to 97% then crashed and only the splash screen will open for a few seconds after that. The concept is great though. I've been waiting for this for a long time. -- Sheagibbons 17:33, 30 September 2010 (UTC)
I too am having the same issue on an iPhone 3GS 4.1. Downloads all the way and then crashes. From that point on I cannot get the app to start. It crashes each time. jkaroly 18:11, 3 October 2010 (UTC)
I have the same issue, but one of my fiends does not. We did a test and I uninstalled and reinstalled the app from my device and then had him log on to my device. No crash. I then attempted to log on to his device and the app crashed. I saw something like this in the Gospel Library App when if first came out where a particular lesson chapter made the app crash. I'm pretty sure that the issue has to be that the encoding of the data for my ward/stake has an error and the app doesn't handle it correctly. If this is the case when the app is updated to handle bad data the crash will go away, or if the bad data is fixed. sniklacg

Great App, Request for more member info

Thanks for yet another great tool. For those in Bishoprics, Ward Clerks etc, will additional information on Members be available in coming releases, like the Record Number, Birthday etc, like we can get with using the WardTools, but we have to export this from MLS. Be wonderful if we could do this from this application without having to export from MLS. -- David 04:52, 27 September 2010 (UTC)

Can't login

Ok, just downloaded the application and will not let me log in. I used the same secure LDS log in to get here. What's up? -- Wandrus 04:45, 29 September 2010 (UTC)

Callings data incorrect

The Callings data seems to be incorrect. I checked the website and MLS and it is correct there, So I am not sure where the data for this app comes from.
