Symantec antivirus

(Redirected from Symantec Antivirus)

Symantec is no longer the standard for virus protection. It should be removed right away and replaced with Sophos.

Replacement by Sophos

In 2009 it was mentioned on the LDSTech forum that Symantec would be replaced by Sophos for local unit administrative computers, just as has already been done for FHC computers.[1] An updated Local Unit Security Suite, including Sophos, has been available from the MLS download site since 22 December 2009.
