Meetinghouse wireless Internet policies and guidelines

This section of Meetinghouse wireless Internet documentation highlights official policies and directives that are directly and indirectly related to wireless Internet. It also provides additional wireless Internet guidelines that align with Church policies.

Meetinghouse wireless Internet should be managed under the direction of stake and area presidents. Meetinghouse wireless Internet should only be used for Church-related purposes. Review the sections below for more information on roles, responsibilities, cost ownership, and usage guidelines.

Official Church communication

Some general direction regarding the use of cameras and recordings can be found in Handbook 2: Administering the Church [2010], 21.2.10. Additional direction regarding the use of technology can be found in both handbooks.

Implementation guidelines

In June 2010 a Wireless Technology Guidelines document was published with additional guidelines and instructions regarding Meetinghouse wireless Internet.
