Church Historical Timeline XML Format
The xml format for the Church Historical Timeline is as follows:

The wiki-url defines the location of the wiki - to which the "More Info..." link at the bottom of each summary window will point.
Each event starts and ends with the <event>...</event> tags. Each event can have a start date (which will create a single point in time on the timeline band) and an end date (which will expand the event to cover a period of time on the timeline band). The Title is the text that appears on the timeline. The text between the <event>...</event> tags is the content that appears in the summary window - it can contain text, images, links, etc. in standard HTML format.
<event start="4000 BC" title="Fall of Adam"> <a href="http://scriptures.lds.org/en/gen/3" title="Fall of Adam">Fall of Adam</a> Adam and Eve partake of the forbidden fruit and by so doing, experience spiritual death (separation from Heavenly Father) and become mortal and therefore subject to death. Event with start and end dates
This event has a start and end date. The dates are exact rather than just years. Start and end datetime values can also contain a time element, if desired. The format is as follows: [MONTH DAY YEAR HOURS:MINUTES:SECONDS TIMEZONE]. E.g. "Aug 01 2006 00:00:00 GMT-0500" Only the year is required, all other datetime elements are optional.
