Reserve a Resource

Resources can refer to both rooms within a building or assets that a building has, such as a laptop or projector. When you schedule an event, select a location and resource that you want to schedule.

All calendar editors can see a list of locations and events taking place at the locations. However, the same is not true with resources. In the current design, it's not possible to see when resources are scheduled. If you're a calendar editor trying to schedule a resource, just try to schedule the resource. As you schedule it, you'll be prompted to click Check for Conflicts. If there aren't any conflicts, you are free to schedule the resource.

If there are conflicts, contact a building scheduler or default stake approver to find out when it's available. Building schedulers and default stake approvers can check resource availability by going to Options > Manage Resource Assignments.
