Series added entry—uniform title.

A title series added entry in which the entry of the series is under a uniform title. The 830 is the official series title, which doesn't have to be printed on the item. The 490 and 830 can be the same title. The first indicator should always be a 1. Enter the authorized form in the 830 tag, with a 0 in the second indicator space. See 490 for more instructions.
