Out of Unit YW - Wrong Class assignment

Sorry if this has issue has already been resolved. I'm new to these forums.

There is a Young Women in our ward that is an out of unit record. She's 13, and is still assigned to the Primary Activities - Girls class. She is in the appropriate Young Women's class, so no worries there.

I've tried to remove her from the Primary Activities - Girls class. There's no way to remove the assignment. I've tried resetting it, which temporarily removes the assignment. Going back to the page removes it.

Please let me know what additional information would be helpful, or if there is another page that already has the solution.

If you don't get any good responses, I'd suggest calling GSD.
